Chin Tuck Steps:

1. Start with a quick Lower and Squeeze shoulder exercise to bring your shoulders down from your ears.

2. Press your chin back, as if making a double chin.

3. Stretch your neck and extend your head to the ceiling, imagining a straight line directly to the sky.

4. Make sure you keep your core engaged as you do this exercise.

Think: “Head – Shoulders – Chin – and Core!”
