Posture Points Presentation

 

Join Carrie Sawtell, L.Ac. on May 5th

at the Windsor Library from 6:30 pm – 8 pm.

Learn easy exercises to improve your posture.  

The exercises will target the head and neck, upper back, low back and hips to reduce headaches, neck pain, low back pain, and hip pain.

You will also learn acupressure points to press to enhance the exercises.

The class is FREE but pre-registration is required.
